When we hear the word Dhokla, it immediately brings back memories of several failed attempts – one ingredient gone wrong and the entire dish turns out to be a flop. That is when the age-old wisdom of my mother-in-law came for help!
She gave me a very simple, 3 step recipe for Instant Rava/sooji/semolina dhoklas that has never gone wrong (even when my measurements were sometimes not precise)!!
Unbelievable?? Then try this easy instant dhokla recipe at home and impress your guests or your family. If you have semolina left oover and worried that it would get worms soon, or if you have leftover curd that the family could not finish and you are afraid it would turn too sour to eat? Then this recipe is going to be your Yummy Savior!
