Join us to read some wonderful letters on Today’s prompt, which is ” Write a letter to your Selh – Previous, current or future”
My Dearest Future Self,
Yo girl, what’s up?! As for what I have planned for you, I have a certain vision of how you look and how you be!
I still see you with a pixie cut and somehow know that you are still kicking a$$ 😛
I’m sure IshMish have grown older too … do they cooperate with you now? Or it still doesn’t get easier?? (plz don’t say Yes, i’m counting on you)
You know Honey, you’ve been really kicka$$ all your life. If there is one thing i’d want you to change after reading this letter, is to stop judging yourself. I really hope that by now you have forgiven yourself for whatever you did. You probably did not think it through or may be that is the best of what you could have done. We were really young back then and the Younger Honey probably was struggling a lot more than you and I are!
Let go, forgive yourself. Stop doubting your caliber and constantly evaluating what is right and what is not – that’s not for you to do!
Be the perfect pollyannas that you always are!
Love Yourself is still kinda ‘in’ thing to do, so I’d say, I love You!
Take Care, be good and give love to my baby dinosaurs!
P.S. I truly hope by now you’ve refurbished the room all in rainbow colors because if you haven’t, this is the time you can give yourself a good tight slap from me!
Regards
Your oh-so-Younger self 😉
